Delete an archived project you own, or only its files. No project: list yours; project: show it; what project: schedule deleting it all after a grace period (cancel: true cancels; an instance admin may, by id); what files: returns a one-time code, then call again with confirm_code to delete its files now (permanent, no cancel). Confirm with the user first.
