Common questions
- How do I connect an AI agent?
- Open Settings and find “Connect an AI agent”: it has a one-command plugin for Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI, and a ready command for every other client. Agents sign in with OAuth and you choose what they may do. The steps, scopes and every tool are in the MCP docs.
- How do I export my data?
- In Settings, under Danger zone, choose Export as JSON or Export as Markdown. The export holds your profile, the projects you belong to, the issues you created and the comments you wrote.
- How do I delete my account?
- In Settings, under Danger zone, ask for a confirmation code. We e-mail you a 6-digit code, and entering it deletes the account. Export your data first if you want a copy.
- What are the limits of my plan?
- Settings, under Plan & usage, shows your plan and each limit next to what you use: members per project, projects you own, projects with GitHub, projects with Slack and storage. Public projects do not count toward the member and project limits. Paid plans are not available yet; that page also says how to ask for more.
- Can I make a public project private again?
- Yes. The owner can make a public project shared or private in the project's settings, under Visibility. Anyone who joined it by link is then removed and can rejoin only by invitation, and the project stops being featured. It has to fit your plan limits (projects you own and members per project): a project that no longer fits is refused and nothing changes. If your limits do not fit, an admin can help.
- How do I connect or disconnect Slack?
- Open a project, then its settings, and use the Slack card: Connect Slack, pick a channel and the events to post. Disconnect stops the project posting to Slack. If no other project uses that Slack workspace, Sprintree deletes its access and asks Slack to cancel it about 15 minutes later (it can take longer if Slack does not answer). Connecting again before then keeps the access. To be fully sure, remove the Sprintree app from your Slack workspace.
- How do I connect GitHub?
- Open a project, then its settings, and use the Repositories card: Connect GitHub, choose the repositories this project needs, and their pull requests, branches and commits show on the issues.
- How can I sign in?
- With Google, GitHub or GitLab, or with an e-mail link. There is no password to keep.
- Where do I see what is new?
- On the what's new page, newest first.
