Disconnect a GitHub repository from a project (needs edit access; the repository id is from list_project_repositories). Its pull requests, branches and commits stay on the issues but are redacted at once: only the kind, the number (short SHA for a commit) and the state `disconnected` remain, no title, author, branch or link. Nothing is deleted on GitHub and your sign-in accounts are not touched. Disconnecting one that is already disconnected does nothing. To connect a repository again use the web app (project Settings > Repositories): it is a browser redirect to GitHub and cannot be done here.
