Read where a project posts events (members only): a slack and a telegram section. state: pending (no channel yet), active, error (see last_error). Telegram: previews and topics need an admin bot (bot_is_admin); no topic_id: the group itself. No platform: both (one this server lacks is left out). Connect in the web app (project Settings > Slack / Telegram).
