get_slack_notifications — MCP tool

Read where a project posts to Slack (members only): workspace, channel, state (pending: no channel yet; active; error: see last_error), the events (issue_created, issue_done, issue_blocked, comment_mention) and include_titles. Connecting Slack is done in the web app (project Settings > Slack). An unconfigured server answers feature_disabled.
