List a project's page tree. Without parent: the top level; parent (page number): its children; depth="all": the whole subtree, flattened (500 at most); query: full-text search instead. Rows: number, title, parent, children. Results are paged: if the answer has a cursor, call again with it (a missing cursor means the last page) — never assume the first page is everything. Answers are compact JSON; pass format="text" for a readable Markdown answer.

- 2026-10-08 — New format argument: Answers are compact JSON by default ({project, count, limit, page, pages, total, cursor, nodes: [{number, title, parent, children}]}; a missing cursor means the last page); format="text" is the readable Markdown the tool answered before (SPD-849).
