Read the activity feed of a project (or, without project, of every project you are a member of), NEWEST first: issues created, deleted, retitled, moved between statuses, re-prioritized, reassigned, rescheduled, relabelled, and comments (with a short excerpt and the comment id). This is the readable story of what happened, the same list as the project's Activity page; it is not a change feed. To follow changes exactly once as they happen use list_events (oldest first, a cursor that never skips); list_events carries no content, this feed carries the excerpts. Items are {at, issue, type, title (on created items only; page items: page, saves, pages), by (absent: the system; "(unknown user)": the person cannot be found (deleted)), from, to, excerpt, comment, reply, via (absent: web)}. If the answer has a cursor (opaque), pass it as cursor, unchanged, to read the older items. Comments and issues you can no longer read, and deleted ones, do not appear. since narrows to what is newer; last_seen never moves the mark (only opening the project in Sprintree does). Answers are compact JSON; pass format="text" for a readable Markdown answer. Results are paged: if the answer has a cursor, call again with it (a missing cursor means the last page) — never assume the first page is everything.

  • cursorstringoptional
Cursor from `Next page` of an earlier result of this call (omit for the first page); pass it unchanged, with the same other arguments
  • exclude_minebooleanoptional
Leave out your own and the system's items
  • formatenumoptional
Answer format: "json" (default) is one compact JSON document; "text" is a readable Markdown answer
    jsontext
  • limitintegeroptional
How many activity lines per page (1–100, default 20)
  • projectstringoptional
Project key (optional; default: every project you are a member of)
  • sincestringoptional
"last_seen" (after you last opened each project in Sprintree) or an RFC 3339 time (optional)

Returns

One of these shapes, depending on the arguments:

Shape 1

  • activityarray of object | nullrequired
  • countintegerrequired
  • limitintegerrequired

Shape 2

    Optional fields, when present

    • cursorstringoptional
    • notestringoptional
    • pageintegeroptional
    • pagesintegeroptional
    • totalintegeroptional
    • totalApproximatebooleanoptional
    • 2026-10-05 — New optional since ("last_seen" or an RFC 3339 time) and exclude_mine: what changed since you last opened a project in Sprintree, without your own changes.
    • 2026-10-02 — Answers are compact JSON by default (one document, no Markdown, nothing said twice); format="text" gives the readable Markdown without the json block. Each item is {at, issue, type, by (username; absent: system; "(unknown user)": the person cannot be found (deleted)), from, to, excerpt, comment (id), reply, via (not web)}; commitment items: from = person, to = week +added -removed; page items: page (number), title, saves, pages; the title is only on `created` items (the key says the rest), the excerpt is cut at 140 characters. 20 per page by default (limit up to 100).
    • 2026-10-02 — limit and cursor are unchanged. The answer carries the paging (total, totalApproximate, page, pages, count, limit, cursor; a missing cursor means the last page); format="text" opens with a header (Page N of M · X items · showing a–b) and ends with the next cursor or Last page.
    • 2026-10-08 — Page items: type page_created, page_edited, page_moved, page_deleted or page_restored with page (the number), title (the last one, also of a deleted page), saves (a run of one person's edits within an hour is one page_edited item) and pages (a deleted batch); issue is empty.
    • 2026-10-03 — Also answers structuredContent (see outputSchema); a failed call adds structuredContent.error. Text unchanged. Details: /docs/mcp, "Structured results and errors".
    • 2026-10-04 — Claude Code 2.1.288+ (clientInfo claude-code): the text of a successful answer is itself up to 512 bytes, else "Result in structuredContent (N bytes)."; structuredContent and errors are unchanged. See /docs/mcp.
    • 2026-10-04 — format="text" now also answers structuredContent {"text": the Markdown} (it was the JSON document), so a client that reads only structuredContent gets the Markdown it asked for.
