Reopen a resolved comment thread. An inline thread is re-attached to its quoted text; if that text is no longer in the description it is reopened as outdated. comment_id is the thread's id (or the id of a reply in it). Needs edit access to the project.

2026-10-08 — A thread on a page answers with page (KEY/N) and an empty issue.

2026-10-04 — Claude Code 2.1.288+ (clientInfo claude-code): the text of a successful answer is itself up to 512 bytes, else "Result in structuredContent (N bytes)."; structuredContent and errors are unchanged. See /docs/mcp.
