Bring snoozed or Done notifications back to the inbox at their original place (the undo of snooze_notifications and archive_notifications); unread=true also marks them unread, unread=false marks them read (undo of a snooze or Done of a row that was read); omit it to keep the read state; snoozed_until (RFC 3339, future, within 90 days) puts them back to that snooze instead of the inbox (the exact undo of a Done row that had been snoozed). Only your own notifications are affected.
