save_cycle

Create, change, start, complete or delete a cycle (one is active per project). Create: project, starts_on, ends_on (YYYY-MM-DD, up to 92 days), optional name, goal. Change: project, cycle (number), the fields, optionally rev (stale: nothing is written). action, delete and every change need cycle (its number). action=start activates a planned cycle. action=complete ends that cycle (the active one): move_open_to (required: next, none or a cycle number) takes its unfinished issues, start_next starts that cycle. delete=true removes a planned cycle; its issues stay, in no cycle.
