set_chat_notifications — MCP tool

Change a connected project's chat notifications (needs edit access; connect in the web app first: Settings > Slack / Telegram). Omitted arguments stay. A new Slack channel posts from now; a private one needs @Sprintree. disconnect (telegram only) alone unbinds the project. Posts carry keys, titles (unless include_titles is false) and status names, no comment text.
